PAT Testing
Portable Appliance Testing is a mandatory electrical safety test of all wired electrical appliances. It is a legal requirement for all employers and landlords to ensure that appliances are safe for use.
EICR Testing
The inspection and testing of fixed wiring is necessary due to wear and tear, loading, ageing of installations, change of use and alterations or additions. Regular inspections are should be undertaken every 5 years.

Emergency Lighting
We undertake annual and interim emergency lighting testing inspections. This can either be a six-monthly 1-hour inspection or a full 3-hour 12 month test of your emergency lighting system.
Thermographic Imaging Surveys
Thermal Imaging is one of the most valuable diagnostic
tools available. It uses a non-contact infrared or “heat” image to identify hot spots and possible faults within your electrical systems.
